Charges are per day or part day and include both the date of arrival and of departure.  However, no charge will be made for the day of departure if pets are collected by 10am, although this is subject to there being a minimum charge based on two days boarding.

Please note that during busy periods when the small animal hotel is full, all days booked must be paid for, unless a minimum of 7 days notice of any cancellation of, or changes to, the original booking has been notified to us. Charges are not applied to those days where the cancelled spaces can, if possible, be reallocated to another pet. This cancellation policy also applies to pets being dropped off later or picked up earlier than originally arranged.

Please note that prices below are subject to annual review and may increase on 1st June each year.  The fees payable depend on the prices which are current during your pet's stay rather than at the time their holiday was booked.

We accept all major credit and debit cards in addition to cash and cheque payment.  Please note there will be a surcharge of 2% for using credit cards.  Debit cards are however not subject to any surcharge.
