Charges are per day or part day and include both the date of arrival and of departure.  No charge will however be made for the day of departure if cats are collected by 10am, although this is subject to there being a minimum charge based on two days boarding.

A long-stay discount is available for stays of 28 days or more (10%).

When owners provide special/prescription food which we do not normally stock, a separate daily discount is applied based on the cost of equivalent standard food.  Please do not bring standard food with you, as we will already have it in stock in accordance with the details provided on the booking form.  Prescription diets must be brought in the original packaging so they can be identified as such.

Please note that during busy periods when the cattery is full, all days booked must be paid for unless a minimum of 7 days notice of any cancellation of, or changes to, the original booking has been notified to us. Such charges will not apply to those days where cancelled spaces can, if possible, be reallocated to another cat. This cancellation policy also applies to cats being dropped off later or picked up earlier than originally arranged.

If cats fail to arrive and cancellation of the booking has not been notified to us, the client will be liable to pay the boarding fees due for the full period booked during busy periods, or the cost of two days boarding at all other times. 

Please note that prices are subject to annual review and may increase on 1st June each year.  The fees payable depend on the prices which are current during your pet's stay rather than at the time their holiday was booked.

We accept all major credit and debit cards in addition to cash and cheque payment.  Please note there will be a surcharge of 2% for using credit cards.  Debit cards are however not subject to any surcharge.

• Insurance (but not for pre-existing disorders & subject to conditions)
